Business Process Modeling and Process Improvement –

As there are multiple BPM methods developed to date, Hahn Enterprises, Inc, provides modeling development and training for several popular models.

The most popular model currently is the Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) model and is support by the Object Manage Group (OMG). This model is popular due to it’s easy to understand layout and object applications.

Template BPM was one the first modeling methodologies and was the foundation upon the creation of UML and BPMN models.

IDEF0 is a more sophisticated approach to modeling and is recommended especially for a top down, drill down, approach to looking at organizations, businesses, and systems. This approach is especially useful for highly complex business system processes.
